The host is not liable for accidents, injuries, or medical emergencies occurring on the premises or during use of amenities including kayaks, dock, grill, or fireplace.
Unpredictable weather (rain, wind, storms) may impact your stay or limit outdoor activities. Refunds are not issued due to inclement weather unless evacuation is officially required.
Use of kayaks and rented pontoon boat is at your own risk. All local laws must be followed, and life jackets must be worn at all times.
The property is surrounded by nature. Guests may encounter insects, animals, or plants. Please be cautious outdoors and avoid contact with unfamiliar wildlife or vegetation.
Children must be monitored closely, especially around water, the dock, fire features, and steep areas of the yard. The property is not childproof and supervision is essential.
All outdoor amenities including firepit, grill, swing, and fishing equipment are for guest enjoyment but must be used responsibly. Host is not responsible for misuse or malfunction.
