1. How long is stay?
You can book for short or extended stays depending on availability. Check the calendar for available dates.
2. What amenities are included?
The home includes full lake access, a covered boat dock with a large screen TV, WiFi, refrigerator, swing, gas firepit, Bluetooth speakers, kayaks with paddles and PFDs, fishing gear, an outdoor fireplace, Weber gas grill, sun loungers, and more.
3. Is the location convenient?
Yes! The home is centrally located just 1/2 mile from the 221 Bridge with easy access to restaurants, marinas, bait shops, and the new County boat ramp.
4. Is parking available onsite?
Absolutely. There’s a large circular drive with both covered and uncovered parking. Motion-activated security lights are also installed for safety.
5. Are pets allowed here?
Yes, pets are welcome! Please include them in your guest count when booking.
6. Is there public transportation?
No, public transportation is not readily available. A personal vehicle is recommended for getting around.
7. What is nearby entertainment?
You’re just a short drive from local restaurants, marinas, and college campuses like Lander and Presbyterian (~15 mins), and about 90 minutes from Clemson and UofSC.
8. How do I book?
Bookings can be made directly through the listing platform. Make sure to include the total number of guests (adults, children, and pets).
9. Is the neighborhood quiet and safe?
Yes, the home is very private and secluded with fencing, landscaping for privacy, and security cameras on the exterior for added peace of mind.
10. Is early check-in possible?
Early check-in may be available depending on the cleaning schedule. Please inquire when booking to confirm.
