The space
Welcome to my lakefront private home. It is very secluded from neighbors – fencing and landscaping are designed for privacy. Exotic plants throughout the property that you’ll be able to fully experience: Loquats Trees, Japanese Cherries, China Roses, Jumbo Elephant Ears, too many others to name.
Private sunbathing areas and outdoor cooking with the Weber grill and outdoor fireplace. Plenty of room to fish, swim, enjoy the sunshine, and relax. Multi-level dock and storage for your boat too.

When you arrive, you will find a large circular drive that wraps around a 200+ year-old oak tree, surrounded by the largest Rosemary garden you’ve ever seen, or smelled. (Pick a branch to cook if you’d like).
There is ample parking, both covered and uncovered – with motion security lights throughout.

Come on in and get ready to be amazed by the lake view. The stars at night are truly incredible as well.

Kick your shoes off, grab a cold drink, head down to the dock, and get ready for an incredible stay.

Guest access

PLEASE enter the total number of GUESTS to include PEOPLE/ADULTS/CHILDREN and PETS when booking.

You will have access to the entire private home, (excluding a locked closet for Host personal supplies and an owner’s workshop next to carports that is not accessible to guests).

FULL LAKE ACCESS.
FULL ACCESS to the covered boat dock which includes a large screen TV, WiFi, refrigerator, swing and outdoor chairs, gas firepit, and Bluetooth speakers.
FULL ACCESS to the backyard which includes an outdoor fireplace, Weber gas grill, and lounging/sun chairs. On the dock, there are fishing poles and tackle that you are free to use.
Non-inflatable floats are included.

Access to the Host’s boat and jetski is not permitted.

Life jackets are also supplied in the dock box – various sizes from Children’s S to Adult XXL. A Coast Guard life ring is centrally located on the dock. Please ensure all children under 12 wear an approved PFD when on the dock or around the water.

Two 10’ hard-shell kayaks with paddles, PFDs, and whistles included.

20’ Pontoon Boat available for rent to guests on Boatsetter – summer months on only.

Host/family may stay in the adjacent in-law property and has shared access to the dock.

AirBnB policy requires the following: Two external digital security cameras located on the property for home/property security, liability protection, and compliance reasons, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ privacy of any interior areas.
1. Located at the exterior front door monitoring the entrance. 2. On the back porch roof monitoring the boat dock.

Other things to note
You must follow all local and state laws at all times, including DNR laws on operating water vessels and fishing licensure. PLEASE no water activities at night without approved and legal lighting and safety equipment. Swim at your own risk at all times. No lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised at all times.
