THIS IS MY PERSONAL HOME. PLEASE TREAT AS YOUR OWN.

* PETS MUST BE REGISTERED WHEN BOOKING, or Notify Host of additions. $100 Pet Fee Per Stay (calculated at booking). No more than 2 dogs are allowed. Absolutely no cats allowed. Only non-aggressive breed dogs (under 50 lbs) are allowed. Please keep all pets off indoor furniture including beds, sofas, and chairs. All pet waste must be picked up and disposed of properly. Unauthorized pets will result in an additional $200 fee.

*Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house and on the dock. Evidence of smoking inside will result in a $250 fee.

*No parties or large gatherings over 5 people are allowed unless approved by the Host.

*Maximum occupancy is five (5) people in the guest cottage. All guests and occupants must be registered with the Host prior to arrival. Any unapproved occupants over the five allowed will result in a $50 per person charge.

*Swimming is encouraged but you must swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Diving off the dock is not permitted. Life jackets and USCG life-ring are provided on the dock.

*All children must be supervised at all times and prevented from unsupervised access to the dock and water. Children should wear life jackets around the water and on the dock.

*Lakefront Property Liability Waiver must be signed and returned prior to accessing the property and entry code will not be provided until completed.

*Please refrain from eating and drinking in bedrooms.

* Accidental damages happen and can easily be resolved, but we need to know. Please report any damages immediately to Host through the messaging app.

*In order to get the home ready for same-day check-ins, a Late Check-Out fee is $25 per 15 minutes unless approved by the Host.

AirBnB policy requires the following: Two external digital security cameras located on the property for home/property security, liability protection, and compliance reasons, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ privacy in any interior areas. 1. Located at the front porch – monitoring the front door entrance. 2. On the main house – on the elevated back porch monitoring the boat dock. *This image/video footage can be monitored 24 hours and records automatically (based on motion).
