Refund Policy

1. Standard Cancellation Refund Terms

Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. No refund for late cancellations unless otherwise discussed with host.

2. Weather-Related Cancellation Exceptions

Refunds due to weather are only granted if official evacuation orders are issued or access to the property is restricted. Rainy days alone do not qualify.

3. Early Check-Out No Refunds

If you choose to leave early, unused nights are non-refundable. Please communicate any issues during your stay so we can assist and improve your experience.

4. Damage or Rule Violations

Refunds may be partially or fully withheld if property rules are broken, damage occurs, or if local laws (including DNR guidelines) are not followed.

5. Service Interruptions or Malfunctions

If essential services (water, electricity, WiFi) are interrupted for extended periods due to unforeseen issues, partial refunds or credits may be considered at the host’s discretion.

6. Rescheduling or Credit Option

If you need to reschedule due to personal emergencies, we may offer booking credit for future dates, subject to availability. Please contact the host as early as possible.

7. Third-Party Booking Platform Policies Apply

If booked through Airbnb or another platform, their refund policies may override host-specific terms. Please review their cancellation rules carefully before completing your reservation or request.
